These Terms of Use govern your use of the MeshyFit iOS app and the meshyfit.com website. They are aligned with the app’s current product scope. They are not legal advice.
Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using MeshyFit, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.
What MeshyFit is
MeshyFit is a gamified squat habit app for beginners. It helps you complete short squat challenges with:
- On-device camera-based counting
- Non-clinical movement-quality feedback (for example Perfect / Good / Needs adjustment)
- Local progress (check-ins, XP, levels, weekly commitment, badges)
MeshyFit is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, injury prevention guarantees, or clinical posture assessment.
Camera and privacy commitments (product rules)
- Camera access is requested for workouts and explained in onboarding.
- Frames and body landmarks are processed on-device for counting and feedback.
- The current product does not store or upload camera frames, workout video, or frame-level landmarks.
- There is no account and no cloud workout sync in the current release; history stays on your device.

Your responsibilities
- Use the app in a safe space with enough room to squat.
- Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and seek professional medical advice when appropriate.
- Provide accurate information only as needed for Apple purchases and restores.
- Do not misuse the app (for example reverse engineer, disrupt services, or attempt to circumvent entitlement checks except as allowed by law).
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MeshyFit for personal, non-commercial fitness-habit purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Subscriptions and Pro
MeshyFit may offer a paid pro entitlement through Apple In-App Purchase (for example monthly, yearly, or lifetime products). Entitlement status is determined via RevenueCat and Apple.
- Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple’s terms.
- You can restore purchases from Settings / Paywall.
- Core counting, basic feedback, restore purchases, and access to local history remain available without a subscription.
- A paywall may appear after early workouts and can be dismissed so you can continue on free access.
Intellectual property
MeshyFit branding, software, and site content are owned by the publisher or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or by Apple’s rules.
Website
The marketing site provides product information and legal pages. It does not perform squat counting. Site content is informational and does not create a coach–client or medical relationship.
Disclaimer
The app and site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Fitness results vary. Use common sense. Feedback about movement quality is coaching-style and non-clinical.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MeshyFit.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Updated” date on this page reflects the latest revision.
