How MeshyFit counts squats on your iPhone
MeshyFit is built around a short daily squat challenge. Counting happens on your iPhone using on-device pose estimation — the camera feed is used to estimate body landmarks in real time so the app can detect reps.
What stays on the device
In the MVP, MeshyFit does not store or upload camera frames, workout video, or frame-level body landmarks. The product loop (reps, XP, weekly commitment) is local-first.
What MeshyFit is not
MeshyFit is a habit and coaching-style fitness app for beginners. It does not provide medical diagnosis, injury prevention claims, or clinical posture assessment.
Getting started
- Place your phone so your full body is visible (side, front, back, or three-quarter views are supported with view-aware guidance).
- Start a short challenge and follow the countdown.
- Finish a session to check in for the day and advance weekly goals.
