Squat counter for iPhone · Private by design
Squat counter.
Keep the habit.
MeshyFit is an automatic squat counter app for iPhone. Choose a 5, 10, or 20-rep challenge, set down your phone, and train hands-free. Completed squats become weekly progress with simple movement cues and no recorded or uploaded workout video.
No account. No uploaded video. No perfect streak required.

How it works
The count is only the start.
- 01 Count
Set the phone down.
Frame your full body, choose 5, 10, or 20 reps, and let the automatic squat counter follow the workout.
- 02 Cue
See the rep land.
Get a simple depth or control cue after each rep. The feedback is limited, practical, and never presented as medical advice.
- 03 Return
Keep the week moving.
Completed workouts add XP, combos, and progress toward a realistic commitment of two to five days each week.
Requires iOS 16 or later. The core workout does not require an account.
Automatic rep counting
What MeshyFit counts as a squat.
The iPhone camera acts as a motion sensor. MeshyFit follows a complete down-and-up movement and waits for a clear finish instead of turning every small dip into a rep.
- 01
Keep your full body visible.
Give the camera a clear view of your head, hips, knees, ankles, and feet in steady light.
- 02
Begin from standing.
The automatic rep counter establishes a standing position before following the movement down.
- 03
Return to complete the rep.
A squat lands after the down phase and a clear return to standing. If visibility drops, MeshyFit asks you to reposition instead of guessing.
Movement cues are practical and non-medical. Available feedback depends on the camera view and pose confidence.
One short session
A workout that fits in the room you already have.
No equipment circuit and no complicated program. Set up the camera, finish the squat challenge, and carry on with your day.
Weekly commitment
Progress that survives a missed Tuesday.
Choose two to five workout days. Miss one? Train the next day. MeshyFit tracks the week, not a perfect daily streak.
One short workout left this week.

A medical tool, clinical posture assessment, or injury-prevention system.
Before you start
Common questions.
Does MeshyFit count squat reps automatically?
Yes. MeshyFit uses your iPhone camera and on-device pose processing to count completed squat reps while you train hands-free.
How should I position my iPhone camera?
Place the iPhone on a stable surface and step back until your full body stays visible from head to feet. Side and three-quarter views usually make setup easiest, while view-aware counting also supports front and back views.
Does MeshyFit use AI to count squats?
MeshyFit uses an on-device pose model to understand body landmarks and movement phases. Camera frames are not sent to server-side AI, and frame-level landmarks are not stored.
Does the squat counter record or upload my workout video?
No. Camera frames, workout video, and frame-level body landmarks are not stored or uploaded. Counting happens on your iPhone.
Is MeshyFit a squat form checker?
It gives limited, non-medical feedback for measurable signals such as depth and torso control. It is not a clinical posture assessment or injury-prevention tool.
Is this squat tracker made for beginners?
Yes. The first challenge is five reps, setup guidance is built in, and the app keeps the workout short and easy to understand.
Do I need an account or internet connection?
No account is required for the core workout. Progress and workout history are local-first, so the squat tracker remains useful when the network is unavailable.
